About

An independent service for UAE toll account top-ups.

Platenumberup helps drivers across the seven emirates add funds to their road toll account without installing an app or visiting a service centre. The whole submission fits on a single screen and only needs the details printed on the licence plate.

What we are

A small, focused payment-collection service that forwards top-up amounts to the toll account you specify on the form.

What we are not

We are not a government body, not the toll operator and not a bank. We do not issue tags, plates or refunds on the toll account itself.

How we charge

Top-ups carry no service fee on top of the chosen amount. The optional balance check is a flat 1.50 AED, billed once per submission.

How the service is set up

The site has three working screens — the home page, the top-up form and the balance check — plus a set of policy pages. There are no accounts to create. Each submission stands on its own, identified by the order reference printed on the confirmation page and emailed to the address you provide.

The form mirrors the layout drivers already know from UAE e-government portals: three clearly numbered steps, one screen each, no unexpected fields. The cascading selects for emirate, vehicle category and plate code follow the same logic used on the back of your licence plate.

Where the service operates

All seven emirates are supported: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. AED is the only settlement currency. The site is published in English and Arabic, with full right-to-left layout on the Arabic version.

Working address

7 53rd St — Al Bada — Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Contact through the form on the contacts page or by email at support@platenumberup.org.
